Once in a while something hits you right between the eyes. that’s what happened to me one day. I was thinking about spiritual life, and its beginnings in a person’s life. I thought about the ramifications and how all that takes place.
Spiritual living is quite the journey. That is, when one is brave enough to pursue it. I highly recommend it, though. Life takes on a whole new dimension when you open yourself to vulnerability on your spiritual path. God inspired living is life at its best.
Background: I wrote this list over a decade ago. I shared the list as a handout in church on the day I spoke about my healing the first time I shared my story. I hope this is useful to you on your spiritual journey.
Please note: This series’ content explains how I experienced sorrow, repentance, forgiveness, surrender, and earnest prayer in my life as I have sought God with my whole heart. These are meaningful to me.
Disclaimer: None of these are possible to do in full measure unless they are impressed and empowered by the Holy Spirit and brought in to being by God at work in you. True sorrow and repentance is of the spirit, not the flesh. Ask for these. Then prepare yourself to respond. These are for those who are serious enough in their faith to step forward in obedience and love
